Notary Services and Fees

We offer mobile notary services for those who need documents notarized at their location. Our notary will come to you and perform the notary services needed. The fees for signatures are the same as listed for the state above. There is however additional fees for travel to your location that is dependent on distance, if documents need printed this also incurs an additional cost.  All mobile services performed will be provided a cost breakdown prior to and during service and receipts detailing costs after services are completed. 

We understand that things happen in life and that sometimes time doesn't allow for a lot of notice so our goal is never to have to charge a customer and them no show for mobile services, but we took time and resources in addition to travel costs to come to you so we will retain all invoiced fees/services paid and these are not refundable as allowed by PA state law. If we arrive and you are not present and unreachable via phone or text within a 10 minute grace period you will be responsible for the total paid invoice amount. If we arrive and you arrive but a party needed to sign and notarize documents is not present or for any reason not able to sign to include not having a valid Government issued ID  or expired ID you will also be liable for the invoice amount. Please ensure all parties are aware of meeting times and locations and have A Valid ID to avoid this from happening as it can be very costly for the notary to travel to you and leave without be paid for their time and travel costs. WE PROVIDE 10 MINUTES ONLY. We must respect other scheduled appointments and cannot make any exceptions to this policy. Again our goal is to not have no shows because we want to help you get your paperwork completed so please arrive on time so we can best serve you. 

We can not offer services such as completing title transfers or issuing temporary registrations or any types of plates these must be completed by a PennDOT Authorized Agent. We do not currently offer those services. We can however Notarize the sellers signature but only the sellers signature. The buyer will have to then go to a PennDOT Authorized Agent to complete there portion for the title transfer for it to be completed. Signatures on vehicle titles for the seller and buyer are not required to be done together and can be separately notarized by the seller and buyers at different times. If you just need your seller signature notarized we are happy to help and look forward to helping. Lastly PA Vehicle Titles cannot be Notarized Online and must be signed in front of a Notary Public with Wet Ink Signatures only. Non PA Titles can be done remotely online as long as it is not being registered over to PA.

We are Notary Signing Agents and Our notary has experience with real estate documents and can notarize deeds, affidavits, and other documents related to real estate transactions. Costs vary for mortgage closings based on number of signers and stamps needed as well as travel and admin fees for printing, and mailing services. We

ask that you please inquire for a quote on a closing costs as this can vary depending on multiple factors that vary depending on your needs.

We offer online remote notary services for various types of documents. this is done online through a secured site with audio/video recording of the session as required by law. We use the most secure services for remote services. Remote online service are provided by us through Proof a Trusted National Platform.  The goal is to make document notarization easier and more accessible to everyone while maintaining the most secure and trusted session possible.
